SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering providers including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency explained it is alarmed in regards to the higher range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some significant number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often due to read more lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office committed to service the area regularly.
